Our Services

APS services include selection of the audit firm, initial coordination and planning with the audit firm, technical research and writing of technical memos to document client positions, account reconciliation and preparation of audit schedules, consultation with the SEC as necessary, preparation of checklists required by the auditors, financial statement preparation, and preparation of the financial sections of SEC filings.

Additionally, APS can be the primary interface with the auditors during the audit, advocating on behalf of the client in discussions with the auditors, and streamlining communications between the client and the audit firm.
